Plan your stay in Bordeaux

When to go to Bordeaux?

The best time of year to visit Bordeaux is undoubtedly between May and November for walking or exploring the vineyards.

If you want to attend the grape harvest which is an important time in the life of the region, visit Bordeaux in September (at the earliest in late August and the latest in October). That being said, Bordeaux is also very pleasant and romantic in autumn and in winter with among other things, a Christmas  market that will delight young and old alike.

In short, you can visit Bordeaux throughout the year although spring and late summer are definitely the best two seasons of the year.
